Delete your Quitterly account
In the app: Profile, then Settings, then Data and consent, then Delete account. This deletes your account and the data linked to it.
Without the app: email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm and delete your account and its data within 7 days.
Guest (not signed up) data is deleted automatically within 31 days, or straight away from the app.
What we keep, and why: reports you filed about other users are kept without your name, for safety. Copies of content flagged by our safety checks are kept for up to 180 days, then deleted. Backups roll off within 7 days.
